This elven styled factions spawn is 201x201, with two structures for crates and enchantments in the corners. It also has an empty space right below the hub center, which can be used for a shop or something else. The spawn is stored in a schematic file, so make sure your server has the worldedit plugin or schematica installed.
Also, this build is 160 or so blocks tall, so take that into consideration when pasting it in your world
