Hello! Recently I ordered and had a 101x101 hub built for me and was going to be used on my server, but I have decided that I am going to put it up for sale as I don't need it anymore.

The hub was built by 4thewar and is futuristic themed with 4 portals.
It is a very nice build, it is indoor, but with a lot of space inside. The
portals also look amazing;)

Looks good , gl with selling it, 90$ is too much even if it is negotiable. Make it lower right now and more people will be interested.

Its a good hub but i think that is really expensive! , maybe 30$ or low. Its not complicated make this type of hub in less than 24 hours..

Well ty, the price is negotiable though, and yes it can go less then $75 for sure, that is just a price I put out there because thats what I think its worth, but it is definitely not worth $30 or lower XD.

And also I couldn't really take anymore pictures to show how good it actually is, its indoor lol so I couldn't really take a picture from far out.

From what I can see of this hub, it's not going to get you more than $50 even if you get really lucky. I know some things take effort, but the prices of premades mean your chances of selling this for a price like that are extremely low. The choice is yours, wait months for the right buyer, or sell it for less than you want but more quickly.

Don't want to come across rude, but the build market is relatively cheap at the moment. This build would be worth around $20-$30 exclusively, in my opinion. Even that price is a bit too generous though.

Ty for the input, what I am going to do now is add a bid and lower the BIN a bit more, but I honestly think even premade its worth that much, but I understand what you are saying, ty.[DOUBLEPOST=1460309512][/DOUBLEPOST]Also just send me an offer, I might be able to go a lot lower then $65 if I see it as a good offer.[DOUBLEPOST=1460309966][/DOUBLEPOST]Might just be better using it then selling XD since the builds market is a bit low:p
