This spawn is VERY familiar. I believe Jxor owns this spawn making it non-exclusive. However, I wouldn't have proof considering I no longer have the server IP. Once Jxor is online, he/she can confirm this.

Keep in mind that I am not trying to prove somebody wrong, get someone else in trouble, etc. though I am just stating that I have in fact seen this before. Also, Jxor could have sold this to you (the creator of the thread) so I would be in the wrong, but I thought that I would tag Jxor anyway.

I do indeed have this spawn in my files I've bought this from @Crapless (bertantaskiran) and Droshe indeed has confirmed with me when Crapless sold it that it was a exclusive.
