Exclusive map or not?

I need to know if this map is being redistributed on PMC, Sellfy, Selly, Schematic Store, etc. I’m planning on buying the product exclusively. If you have the product yourself from buying it somewhere or you find the map being distributed anywhere non-exclusively, then send me proof and I will pay you $5. If you find the map already sold on any forum site by someone, I will be sending $5 for that as well. I just need to know if I’m buying this exclusively or not. Thank you.
