EXCLUSIVE plugin - NPC Chunk Loaders / Spawner Activation - Spawn Eggs

I made this plugin for a client but they flaked out on me at the last minute. It's a really cool plugin, so I figured I'd try and sell it so my time wasn't wasted. I will be selling this plugin to one person only, it will be unique and exclusive to your server.

The plugin allows you to give your players a custom spawn egg. When used, this spawn egg spawns a player NPC with the players skin, which keeps chunks in a 3x3 radius around it loaded, and activates spawners as if it were a player. This allows your players to AFK farms and spawners without having to be online, which is useful for people who are unable to AFK alts. It would make a great donation perk. Players are able to right click their own NPC to get it back as an egg in their inventory.

The egg, npc, and messages are all configurable.

I would recommend selling copies/paid resource as it's a very interesting plugin and can be used for many servers unless you really want it make it unique for one server only.

I just feel like the second I sell it as a resource, someone is going to buy it and it's going to get decompiled and start showing up in every random "server core".

I like the concept, but it doesn't seem like a very hard plugin to create. With that being said, I think you should just sell it as a cheap resource. Even if it starts appearing in cores, you've made some cash. And if anyone really wanted to put this in their core, they could recreate it.
