Exclusive Skyblock Spawn

Hi there MC-Market. I am looking for someone to build a spawn for my skyblock server. I have a few requirements for the spawn:

- Medieval Themed
- Includes 1 or 2 larger central buildings that stand out in the spawn (wizard / clock type tower or maybe a mini central palace. idk we can talk this over)
- Themed buildings (enchanting, brewing, auction house, server info, crafting/blacksmith)
- Include places for citizen shops
- Small central hub where I can place a few citizens to click on to take them around the server.
- Some farm land and fancy trees / other cool decorations around the map
- Add some geography to the spawn, don't just make it a flat map
- Roughly 150 x 150 area
- Final product must be either a schematic or generated in an empty world

I would like to reiterate that this is an exclusive deal, and this project should not be redistributed to anyone else. Additionally, when making offers to build this spawn please send screenshots of previous spawns / builds you have created as proof that you are legit. I do not have a set budget, but will be looking at build quality from your previous builds along with the price you are charging when making a decision.
