You did not build it. You would be making money out of something you did not build. That is like me buying a spawn and selling it for 2x extra, without the builders consent. That is somewhat scamming the builder out of money, because YOU are getting money for THEIR build.

Unless you provide proof that you have resell rights- no one will buy it.

When buying a build, you usually gain exclusive license to USE it (assuming you dont buy it nonexclusively), unless specified otherwise. The builder retains author's rights.
If your builder doesn't care, just ping them, ask them if you can resell it, and post their reaction here. Problem solved.
