Execute Commands When TPS Drops < X

Hey, looking for a plugin that executes commands such as /stoplag and /lagg clear ect when the TPS drops below a certain amount and it'll have a config, I assume t his is quite easy to do so my budget is about $4 thanks!

Just use Clear lagg.

If you mean the entity clear on a timer I already have that, it's not what I'm looking for. I didn't know it had the feature I'm asking for where it detects the TPS then runs commands does it?
