Exlode is almost ready to release their kitmap in the next upcoming weeks. We are going to be needing to employ some staff members so that we can ensure the experience for others is running smoothly and there are no issues on the server player wise.
We are looking for an EU manager who will be able to do the following
- Employ staff
- Update and upgrade the staff guide
- Help make documentation for staff members
- Overlook the staff members making sure they are doing their job properly
- Making decisions with senior staff members on promotions / demotions
- Holding and attending weekly meetings with the staff members
- Handing out strikes and removing them after they have been appealed or expired
Must have:
Previous experience as a manager
Active of 2-3+ hours per day
The time to check applications once or twice per week
Professionalism. There is no point contacting me if you aren't professional enough
