Exodus Faction coming this summer - Recruiting Staff, Developers, Managers

Hello everyone, if you still remember me then well... thanks for remembering me . For everyone that doesn't even know me my name is Tom and I'm 18, I'm the original owner and founder of Exodus Factions and was very active on this forum before my job started getting involved, I now have much more time on my hands due to finishing training and I'm getting my old Factions server back up and running! I have spent the past week and half fixing, upgrading and all round re-creating everything for the server but still keeping what made this server so special and popular.

So by now you're thinking, who is this guy and what is so special about this faction server? The thing I loved most about Exodus was the way the server worked, combing most things people love without the OP donation ranks and so on. Listed below is a list of features on what I believe will make this server special once again.

Exodus Features:

Exodus Banning system: Our old banning system bought back to life made to make our players and staff's life much easier(Not much to say about this one, just a punishment plugin.)

Death Crystals: Tired of people stealing your loot after you used 3 Super Golden Apples, all your potions and you broke your favourite sword? Well, this plugin is our take of anti-loot stealing plugins so that the user gets a nether star in their inventory to receive their goods!

HeadHunter: Most people by now should know what these plugins do however, once you have defeated your opponent you will be given their head(if you have a space in you inventory otherwise, it will go onto the floor) You will then be able to sell their head for %5 of their Balance on the server however, be careful not to loos your own head.

Staff Chat: Simple plugin which allows the staff members to connect to one another.


Other than these amazing plugins, the server itself will be a all round well managed community with experienced staff members on around the clock(hopefully) to keep the server and members running happy.


As said the server is not due to release until mid September this year as there is still work to be completed before the initial release, so if you've got the far and you have experience on moderating a server or being staff then below you will find the staff application for the server. I will respond via Direct Message. I will also like to add that any applicant that is under the age of 15 will be denied automatically.

One of the reasons I want to be hired is because I decided to take a break of management and decided to go into moderation which was a unsuccessful mistake, and my aim is to get back into management. One of the other reasons is your server looks astonishing, and I have a passion for managing faction servers, I also see a lot of potential population growth in this community, and that's why I want to become a manager here on Exodus Faction.

• VelocityMC - VelocityMC used to be a 600-700+ my time-being of fulfilling a Head-Helper position but then dramatically went down to 100-150. My job was to monitor the player-base, chat and forums. Help and support players desperately in need, and to guide and interview new staff members, like show them around.
• MCWarfare - MCWarfare was supposedly to get a 600-700+ player-base but only got 150 on the day and went down to 10-30. My job was to monitor the player-base, chat, and forums. Also my job for a short period of time was to make decisions on applications, and interview them. I held a Moderator position.
• SuperiorMC - SuperiorMC started off as a OP-Prison server and potentially growing to a network getting a 100-150 player-base, I held an administrator role. My job was to help the Owner with plugins and bug fixes, manage the whole staff team excluding the Owners and managing the forums.

A few things that you can bring towards the server:

• I can manage the whole staff team (handle promotions, demotions and SOTMS)
• I can make long, detailed and professional staff guides.
• I can also manage the forums if you have XenForo. I can handle the nodes, formats, groups, permissions, addons and much more.

As stated above, I've only been apart of a couple administration servers and a lot of management servers, these servers include FarRealms, HybrisMC, RebirthMC, MelonUniverse, MCWarfare (a bit for a while), and much more.

You should pick me over many other managers out there because I am unique, professional and discipline. Unlike others, I have a different technique when managing. I am very well trained, and I do what I'm suppose to do no matter if I handle many critical tasks. I don't see being staff as a job, I see it a privilege to be a part of the community in ways which I can enforce the server and the players to have a better time and better stay at Exodus. I don't see my fellow staff team as staff, I like to see them as friends. I'm not here to come be staff and leave, I want the team to be a close friendship between us all.

Past experiences, explain what your roles were and what contributions you made to the server(s):

• IPVP - I worked for Ipvp as a helper and worked my way up to senior moderator, this job included me managing disputes within the staff team, problems with players and mainly keeping the server clean from hackers, I class myself as a pretty advanced screensharer. This ability is slowly coming pointless as the amount of programmes able to catch 90% of clients are increasing.
• Velocity MC - Velocity is a hub network with around 100-200 players, but back when I was staff they were reaching 500 on a regular basis, this was very challenging as the amount of staff, or should I say active staff at the time was very small. Sometimes It would be just me trying to control 500 players. It quickly came to my attention the reason why most staff were inactive and that was because of the hard work you had to put in, but I stuck with it for a good 5 months, banning hackers, defusing situations in teamspeak and just making the server a better place.
• KPVP - Definitely my proudest staff achievement, making my way from helper to owner in around 8 months, this was all down to my dedication, id stay up through the night fixing problems, banning hackers, configuring plugins, managing the staff team, I basically did everything. This ended due to me and the other owner having an argument as I requested some money for a new mouse out of server donations so I could play as my mouse had broken and I couldn't come on, even though he earned 300$ a week and I was doing a lot more of the work. he refused and I quit and went my separate way.
  
  A few things that you can bring towards the server: I can bring my dedication, its the one thing about me I'm proudest about, how I something needs doing you can literally bet your life on it'll be done and I wont stop until it is, I'm a perfectionist if something not done right ill scrap it and do it all again, I get on with people a lot, and love to be a big part of the community, this will include me, setting up events, giveaways and just fun stuff for the community to do. As well as I love being on forums, which is just another way I enjoy being a part of the community.

I have been a moderator on ShadowPvp and currently own my own server NitroPvp. Although I am not amazing with perms and whatever else I am always willing to help out players in any way possible.
