Experience multiplier

I am looking for a plugin that modify the experience a player earns when activated

Command

/xpbooster activate (amount of time) - Activates 2x xp for the server for that period of time
/xpbooster personal (player) (amount of time) - activates 2x xp for that player for that period of time

If anyone knows of a plugin similar to this or can make me this please let me know
