I need a small room built on my server that allows the new comers to choose their abilities by walking through a portal, so if your a builder and doing vouch copies id highly appreciate it! Im not allowed to state that if someone does this for free Ill be willing upon request to leave them a vouch or positive reputation for their work? Im quite unsure why I wouldnt be able too..?

Just call it a vouch copy or something of that nature and you'll be fine. You're kinda trying to sell your vouches which MCM tries to disallow.
