Experienced 1.16 Plugin & Mod Developers

I'm looking for plugin developers (no development teams) experienced with creating plugins or mods for Minecraft 1.16.
You must be:

• Able to communicate and understand clearly (in English)
• Able to manage your time and meet deadlines
• Available throughout the week to work on plugins
  
• Able to test plugins and fix bugs before sending final product
  
• Confident in your knowledge of coding in Java
• Experienced in coding plugins for Minecraft 1.16 (the more experience, the better)
• OPTIONAL: Experienced in coding Mods for Minecraft 1.16

Will be paid on a per-project basis. You will not be making plugins for a large-scale server.
