That is what it says, some people do this because they are bored and have more free time than before.
Some little advice, don't hire people who join because they're bored. They'll leave within three days; they'll abuse their role, act dominant, and overall give a very shit reputation to the server. Hire people who are dedicated to the administration work, passionate about administration and management. You hire who you like, but for this new project to turn out above average, don't hire shit people.
Don't worry, I wasn't planning on doing that. Thanks for the advice.
