Experienced Administrator + Builder, Discord Dev, XenForo Admin (Established Networks Only!)

Hello,

My name is Jet, and I'm looking for work. I currently have no projects on my plate that need immediate attention. I'm looking for somewhere to work as an administrator, and a builder - long term. I am only interested in joining networks that are already established and have stable player bases. I would prefer to be able to work on a factions, hardcore, practice, or PvP-related network.

I am also extremely competent in the administration of XenForo websites and Discord development/administration.

The only reason that I have such specific requirements is because I do my work for free, and am looking for somewhere to work long-term.

Past Experience:
In regards to my experience, I owned and operated 2 networks myself - CarnageHCF and RiftHQ (pretty sure there’s still a video of the server up on TewChaynz youtube). I managed and administrated these networks by myself, along with the developmental and general aid of close friends. It is here where I highly developed my abilities to communicate with players, in a variety of situations. I also furthered my versatility, and my “instinct” for handling situations that arise unexpectedly - something that takes a while to form. I perfected my general staffing abilities (moderation) and became very passionate about staff and community management and administration - which lead me to my next “career” choice. After leaving those networks, I began to manage servers Freelance - meaning I was hired for a certain period of time to clean up a servers methods of keeping a community in check, cleaning up staff teams, rewriting the methods by which formats and applications are filled out, as well as all network guidelines. Both of these networks died out.

I also owned and managed MiNiGA.ME Factions - a small factions server, for 2 seasons. It is here where I further developed my abilities as a staff member and improved upon my already strong foundation. I later sold the network.

I also was the assistant manager at a smoothie shop in my home town, and learned even more how to deal with troublesome customers, negligent staff members, and the recruiting of new team members. I quit for school.
