We are a small group of builders. 2-4 in total. I say 2-4 because we are not always together.
We split up, and sometimes build on occasions but the group is mostly composed of 2 people.
We have been playing Minecraft for over 2 years, approximately.

Well, a high quality project should be worth that, and possibly even more first of all. And, 2 ratings mean nothing? A guy with 200+ ratings can scam you. You trust numbers to much.

We start prices on size. And a 70x70 is a big number. 70x70 is around 4900 blocks, exactly. Not 20, 40, but 4900. Second, I'm currently building for someone. If he wishes to keep on, I will ask him to vouch for me. Thank you.

SIZE REALLY DOESN'T MATTER WITH A KOTH

I have seen what a 'King of The Hill' is, thank you very much. And, it does matter. We add detail and creativity into all our builds. We do not make ugly builds and less put little time in to them. With such a big build, we will put lots of time and consideration into it. Thank you very much.

I am talking to someone who is doing two koths for $30
And my builder made my 200x200 spawn for $50
and judging from your portfolio, your work is not up to par with some of the people I have had transactions with.
