Hello guys, Falcun Build Team is currently recruiting experienced builders. If you think you are what we need as a builder, please use the application format at the end of the thread to apply.

Way of Payment
The more people work on one project the less money each individual will receive. Payments will be discussed along our journey.

For example, when someone wants a build, and we charge $100. If it's just you building, you'll earn 85% of that ($85), which will be sent to you through PayPal. The other $15 will go towards keeping the website up, paying the domains, and purchasing logos, etc.

I think you should grow a little more on mcm before you ask for builders for a team,
for example a profile picture would be a good start, maybe some positive reactions etc.

Yeah, but that's what he is saying: If you want to find builders, you should work on your image first, probably. It's not likely experienced builders will feel appealed to aply for your team if you have not spent time on your image yet.
