Good day community! My name is Fiery (Nico). I have Dutch blood and I live in the biggest harbor city of the world, Rotterdam. I live along with my dog, called Buddy. I study as a manager, my purpose is to become a manager at a famous car brand, Mercedes-Benz. This company has a lot of potential and ideas which is definitely my inspiration. Now, I'm introducing myself as a community manager and showing what I'm capable of doing.
PrimeMC - This server has an average playerbase of 1500-3000 players. I mostly took care of the following gamemodes: Skyblock, OP Prison and OP Factions as a helper. The staff team consisted of many players, I would say around 30. This server taught me my responsibilities as a staff member. This was the kick-off of my career.

CyanidePvP - I started here straight off as an Administrator, the owner invited me. The server has only one gamemode, which is factions. It had a decent playerbase around 10 - 20 players all time. I took care of bugs and other server issues and resolved them.

VeloxPvP - Basically I had setted up the whole server, I did the builds, advertisement, except a few plug-ins. Never released, the owners had some money issues. Although it never released, it was instructive but I would not recommend myself doing it again.
First of all, I can't make servers myself. What I can do is creating ideas that the community of the server will like the most. This includes, inventing custom plug-ins, creating the right prices for ranks, kits, keys etc.
A group chat is also a thing what I'm capable of doing. Such as Discord and Slack. What comes next is obviously getting the staff team into the group and voilá.

I'm able to write anything related to the server this can be, Staff handbook, forum/server rules, announcements of each kind, and not to forget the formats for reports, applications, appeals.
I've been working a lot with paypal and buycraft so it should be no issue for me to do the donation support, instead I resolve the issues of the community.
Basically, I can do every kind of management, from social media management to advertising management. I have knowledge about all subjects. With my experience, I actually would have to
-A playerbase between 40-150 (exceptions can be made)
-A salary (will be discussed when contracting me)
-Must be a XenForo forum
