Yes it's a simple concept if a plugin takes 4 hours you get paid $80 max then you finish and start a new plugin.

If you're looking for freelance rather than someone to join a team then I may be interested. I assume your pay per hour is directly proportional to experience, I can complete almost anything you require and can provide sufficient proof to show competency. I just prefer to work per project rather than to be hired
