EXPERIENCED dev for RS jackpot site. Paying a lot

I'm here today to recruit a developer that can make me a Runescape jackpot website. The site would consist of the following: Jackpots and dice. The jackpots would have 2 types. One would be 5 mill max and the other would have no limit. Then the dice is a 50/50 with the computer to double your money. I'm looking for a dev that HAS EXPERIENCE and is not their first time doing a big project like this. You would have to make everything as I am paying. Once I find the right dev we will talk price and negotiate the amount. Please reply below with your experience and past projects! This is a Runescape jackpot site. Not a CSGO one so it is easier because there is less backend.

And how would you know?

Because with a CS:GO one you have to deal with bots, steam, and coding all of the trades going through and in. With this I feel it is not VERY easy but it is less work then making a CS:GO site.
