Experienced Developer for Custom-ish Gamemode

I'm seeking a fairly experienced developer to create parts of a custom gamemode idea I had. The basic concepts have been drawn up roughly but not finalised, so your input will be beneficial. I do not wish to expand much on the idea here, but its basically Skyblock with elements of Skywars and Prison.

Price can be discussed. I'd guesstimate anywhere from $50 to $250.
