Hello, I am looking for a developer that is experienced enough to be able to create a plugin for a Harry Potter roleplay server I am working on. The plugins I am needing made are a Wands and Spells. Obviously the wands and spells must corespond with the ones in Harry Potter. I am also looking for a custom Broomstick plugin, It isnt a necessity, but if you are capable of making one that will run smooth and not lag crazily.
