Experienced Graphic Designer

Hello everyone,
I am seeking an experienced and professional graphic designer to work closely with a web design team. We currently have two needs in terms of graphics, but as a web design firm it is imperative that we have good relations with a graphic designer. Currently we are seeking a logo and thread design, but we are looking for a designer who would be willing to be an almost "in house" graphic artist.

We would be referring all of our clients to this designer, and working closely with the designer to meet our client's needs. Ideally, we are seeking someone with experience designing graphics for websites or working with web design teams, but that is not a requirement.

Please do not contact me if you are only seeking to do a single project, as I am seeking someone who would be working closely with us for many projects and many clients.
