- Good knowledge of Java/Bukkit API/Bungee API
- Good experience with MySQL
- Good experience with API'S
- Good with public plugins (e.g Factions, Skywars)
- Clean Code and no memory leaks
- Cimmunication (Skype, TeamSpeak & working mic)
- English Speakinf and age 14+
- Mature Person
- You must not own a server and be dedicated to one you work for.
- You must get to know the server rules & Staff

Yes, as your becoming a developer on the server this means your a staff member.

I don't think it's a real necessity for a developer to know the staff team lol. Most developers stay behind the scenes and in some cases never even log onto the server unless it's required for testing purposes. If you're a staff member, you also may want to work on your grammar and spelling. Using the proper "your" and "there" can be the difference between a high class piece of writing, and a low class one.

I can vouch for gfdghfghfdfhgd. I have worked with the individual in the past and not had a problem. I have previously programmed several plug-ins for him and the transaction of the plug-in and payment was fluent, and obtained no issues.
