Experienced Java Lead Developer

Hello,

I am currently looking for a lead developer to join me to start working on a new large scale project. I am looking for someone who can lead a team of around 2-3 developers to create a complete product which can be extended further on in the future. I will not go into too much detail on here, if you have any questions about the project please DM me.

Requirements:
- At least 18 years or older (if under the age requirement please only apply if you have an excellent resume)
- Experience in all fields of development (Java, Web, Linux system administration)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly adaptive and flexible
- At least 20 Hours/week to work on this project

Budget:
Once everything is planned out and I am satisfied with how the product is going to look I will invest around $1500 a month for the entire development team. Your task will be to devide the money and decide what it will be used on. You will pay yourself from this budget as well. More details on how the process will work will be discussed later on.

NOTE: You won't actually have to create something yet without payment.
