Hello, I'm Shawn (MrShawn). I'm a professional software engineer, and I work on Minecraft projects in my free time. I have quite a bit of spare time despite my day job so I want to offer up my services.

Pokeblocks, a decoration mod, has passed 10M+ downloads
OreRegenerator, my premium plugin, has reached 1,300+ purchases.
DeathMessages, the largest custom death-messages plugin, reached 160K+ downloads under my maintenance.
I've released and maintain 15+ public plugins and mods, with millions of total downloads.
I also have experience building custom tools including Mlib, powering most of my plugins, and mc-test, a framework for writing automated Minecraft tests in real environments with real players.

I am much more experienced than your average developer. I've spent 4+ years as a professional software engineer in fields where bad code isn't an option. I've done backend work at JPMorgan Chase (the largest US bank) on infrastructure serving millions of customers daily, and currently do full-stack development at a healthcare software company. You get clean, tested, and proven code with all the intricacies of a minecraft server in mind. I work primarily in Java and Kotlin, with React/TypeScript and AWS experience, across both Spigot/Paper plugins and cross-loader mods.
