Hello, I am Jordan otherwise known as Ozilx and formerly known as Ozil_EyeZ. I have been working in the Minecraft field for around 4 ½ years now and have acquired much experience in the management & administration field. My endeavors in the past range from working on my own privately funded projects to working in management positions in larger scale servers /networks such as McRealms & Venomcraft, and MineHut.

Having worked in a wide variety of servers & networks in the past I’ve acquired a diverse set of skills and connections essential in server management in development. These range from private contact with spigot / bukkit developers, and youtubers.

Past experiences
As stated in the above sections I have had the pleasure of working on and for multiple large scale servers and networks in the past. Many of my projects I founded myself however I have worked in management positions for a few servers in the past.
➞ MCRealms
McRealms was a semi - op factions server that I founded in November of 2015. The server was a hit as soon as it released averaging 30 players. In early December the server was peaking at 150 players and making more than $150 daily but sadly we had downtime which led to a decrease in players. I managed all of the advertising and much of the player & staff management for the server. Due to lack of motivation as well as time the server was recently sold to ______.
➞ Venomcraft
Venomcraft was another factions server that I worked for in early 2013 I believe. I coordinated events as well as managed the player-base on Venomcraft for a few months until the server was sold. The server averaged 50 - 60 players online.
➞ NutzPVP
NutzPVP was the first server I worked for. It was an extremely successful OP Factions server that was most successful in early 2012. NutzPVP was one of the first ever OP Factions servers and would often peak at 100+ players on weekends. My position at NutzPVP was management of course, I handled all player and staff affairs as well as some of the finances. Due to disagreements with the owner I left the server and it soon after fell into disarray and was sold.
➞ ArsenalMC
ArsenalMC was a server I founded in the summer of 2013. The server was fairly successful during the first 3 months of release but due to outside affairs I had going on could not devote the amount of time necessary to retaining the player-base. The server was then sold.
That was just a snippet of information about me as I do not want to really release anything else publicly on the forums. I have also been doing some work for larger networks to try and make some money back such as Squadcraft, Minehut etc.. More information can be provided in a private discussion.
What I am looking for
Unfortunately due to some financial stress I have a set price I will be charging for my services, this can be discussed in private as I can be flexible if the project interests me. I will not work with you if your server plans are generic, lack funding or if you do not have motivation towards the project.
