Today Im looking for some servers to manage and this is my app...
Who Are You?
I am a very high quality and experienced manager. I am very dedicated and I also am very professional. I live in the USA, in the state of Illinois and am very active on Minecraft market and on Minecraft itself. I enjoy playing faction the most but I would be willing to manage any server that has a dedicated owner meaning he doesn't lack etc... I also have a Logitech headset though it sadly broke and I just ordered one of eBay so I might not be able to talk/speak on skype for a while though I could text.
What Are Your Qualities?
I am multilingual and can speak 3 languages which are: English, Aribac and Spanish. I also have a very good way of finding you many people to record on your server for free, dev for you, build for you etc. I also am really good with handling big and small communities and creating them to start to become non-toxic communities so more players would be attracted to your server. I also am never harsh though I could be strict from time to time depending on how the attitude of staff is etc. But the best thing I find about me is that I find the best staff members for your server and fast so your server can have a stable community with trustworthy and nice people taking care of it and helping it grow more and more. I also am very patient and trustworthy.
Time
Monday: From 1-5 Hours depending on school and family
Tuesday: From 1-3 Hours because of soccer
Wednesday: 1-2 Hours Because this is usually the day that I get most homework
Thurseday: 1-5 Hours
Friday: 3-9 Hours
Saturday: 3-10 Hours
Sunday: 2-5 Hours
Times Can Change!!!
Why Should We Choose You
I do many things for your server such as:
Obtaining The Best Staff
Getting Youtubers, Devs, Builders Etc...
Handling the community
Giving you ideas to improve the server
Help you with financial help if need help (basically like a financial advisor)
I also do this in quality way higher then most managers and faster then most manager because we all know that quality and time are very valuable elements of a server.
