Hello,

I am sHamre99, previous owner of many server startups and now looking to continue my minecraft days by helping others. My expertise is in configuration, starting many servers on my own I learned how to configure tons of plugins. I missed minecraft and decided to come back from a small time away.

I am 19 years old and am currently a business student planning on start a distillery soon, for now I am spending my time away from class and studying by developing my business plan, doing market research and now playing minecraft. I am an extremely dedicated person, when I find something I can commit to I commit until I see no more reason to commit.

From past experience I want to work with people who are as dedicated and who are as persistent to get their servers up and growing as I would be. I have worked with people in the past who have no money to invest into their server, no people who are able to help and bad management. Nobody is perfect but everyone has a different management style, through my knowledge of business through my degree I believe that I know the ins and outs of management. Starting with the hiring process, I believe that i can fulfill the role of a manager extremely well.

To be straight with you, i have no intentions of investing money into servers, I have done this in the past and never done extremely well. Although I cannot give money I will give my time, expertise and dedication to the server.
