Experienced Owner/Admin/Manager looking for new server

Hello everyone,

My name is sHamre99, I have played mc for years and have owned many servers, none of my servers have been extremely successful, with the most successful one making around $500 and maintaining a 50 player playerbase. I am now looking to join a new server to fulfill a role as a manager, co-owner or upper staff position.

Experience: I have gained tons of experience over the years I have been working with servers and service groups. I have worked with many service groups as a Server Setup Specialist and Plugin Configurator. I have spent countless hours configuring plugins for my many servers along with other servers. My main experience is in Prison and Skyblock servers, I have worked on Prison servers for a long time now and I really like them, they are in my opinion the most fun to setup. Skyblock is another specialty of mine because I have setup many skyblock servers for people in the past.

Qualifications: Although I am not a super experienced manager, I have a background in Business Administration as that is what I am currently studying. My plans to become an accountant and start businesses is one thing that I pride myself in. Along with that I am also very into innovation and that includes in Minecraft, I like to think of ways to make the old things new and add new features to make servers better.

What Can I Do: As a manager, Admin or Owner of a server I feel it is my job to help with the server development while also having a strong focus on the community. As a manager I would be hiring staff with the owners and helping get the server ready or continue to try and find new ways to grow the server. Growth is the most important thing about making a server and continuous growth is what is most important to increase the revenue of the server while also allowing the server to stay open and keep players. Retention is also very important, keeping players is very important and for that reason I would help everyone find ways to keep the players on the server and help the community grow to a point where growth is happening on its own without having to put so much effort into it.
