Hello to whoever is reading this thread! My name is Julian, and I am currently 13 years of age. Hmm, aren't 13-year-olds just young, and immature children? According to most people, yes. But not all are immature. I'd like to start off by saying I feel my age does not label me as a person. I'm an extremely mature individual. I live by a virtue where age does not define one as a person, but simply true character does. I felt I should clear that first off since I get lots of questions regarding my age and my level of maturity. What exactly am I offering? I am offering professional community management for a small network. As a community manager, I'll be hosting server and player-related events, contest, competitions, and much more depending on what the ownership and/or administrative team would like me to do. With this position comes a lot more optional services such as hosting a server forum, teamspeak, website, creating thread templates, managing a staff team, and more. I'm willing to do any of the services listed as well as others by request of the owner and/or administrative team. The list in more depth is below.
Hosting a Server Forum: I can easily host a server forum website with server expenses, as well as with some of my own money. Personally, I'd use a server forum host like XenForo. I can set up user permissions and forum groups. I can create thread templates here too, like a ban report template, appeal, and staff application.
Hosting a Teamspeak: I can easily set up a server teamspeak where players can interact by talking. I can set up different channels or lounges for players to speak with one another. I can also work out permissions.
Hosting a Server Website: I can easily set up a server launch page with server expenses.
Managing a Staff Team: I can help manage the staff team. What this means is monitor the staff, recruit new members as well as demote certain players. If interested in me doing this, please feel free to private message me so I can familiarize you with my ways of going about this.
More: I can host a server music stream site such as plug.dj, or dubtrack. I can also host a custom staff communication platform.
Activity: I can devote about 2-3 hours online daily. Yes, this may not seem like a ton of time but I'm a busy person and I'll be doing a lot of behind the scenes things.

Previous Experience: I've been a community manager on three small networks now, but the server ended up declining and eventually shut down. My most recent staff experience was on PrimeMC. Prime is a server with peaks up to 3,000 players. I was promoted to moderator exactly two weeks after my trial period, however I resigned a month later due to personal issues. I currently do not have a staff position.
