Experienced Professional Server / Staff Manager [OPEN]

Hello there!

I am an experienced ex-staff who has staffed a few servers in the past (PixelAdventureSMP, ExodiaNetwork, ExperienceMC, and a few non-public servers which also no longer exist), but stopped due to resigning or the server has shut down. I am very mature, and I am quite good at managing and organizing things. When given a role, I am completely aware of my tasks, and I make sure I complete it on time. I always help others out, and contribute lots of ideas to the community. When I play on servers, I never scam, always play legit, and I treat others with respect and in return everybody eventually looks up to me and treats me with respect back.

What I am Good At:

Managing / Organizing staff meetings or schedules, managing the forums, recruiting appropriate and skilled staff members, stop hackers, suggest ways to improve the server, make sure everybody follows Rules, keep economy in check, organizing voting websites and designing websites, planning out server events and special activities, etc...

In addition, I am a small, but steadily growing YouTuber. This means that the server will benefit, since I can make videos which people can look at for guidance on how to play on the server. With my channel, I can also promote the server so it has a nice and large community, and it will also grow in fame too along with its numbers.

I would like to apply for an Admin / Server Manager / Forums Manager, and I would like to get paid any amount, as long as it is reasonable (we can discuss this through Skype). I am good at managing the forums, editing the shop, taking notes at staff meetings, managing staff applications, helping at ban appeals or purchase helps, implementing new mechanics / game changes, watching forums and updating it on new server updates, monitoring server-wide events, balancing economy and shops, and more. ^^ You seem like a good person to work with, but stated above, my recommendation is that you show your "past/previous work" so we know that you're experienced.

I'm going to be honest, after looking over your "resume" I think a reasonable amount would for you to work for free, I don't see any evidence of any legitimate past experiences, you're a YouTuber meaning you'll have less time to dedicate to managing a server, and you're very vague wth your schedule. You say you can get on every day, how often each day? And what about sick days or vacations? If you want to be paid you need to be more precise, experienced and detailed.

If you really want to trust a person with your server, that shows no background work, it may shed some light on his true self.

Most people hate being told what-to-do, and you are doing just that.
You keep on pushing and pushing your services and making meaning less threads about proxies and 'OG' accounts.
