Before anything, I'd like to introduce myself. I go by the name of Mebzz, I used to own a youtube channel where I would upload daily staff series and managed to grow up till 3000 subscribers till I just recently sold the channel since I lost all interest in making videos. I'm 17 years of age and turning 18 in just 2 months. I'm here today to offer my services as a Staff Manager, for free.
I have been doing all types of moderation/management for 3 whole years. During these 3 years, I've been through a lot and have learnt pretty much everything. I've been managing a lot of staff teams of pretty big/medium sized servers, by doing so I was in charge of recruiting new professional staff members that were top quality from their staff applications, interviewing, promoting and firing staff members.
I'm not going to include the servers that I have been a moderator/helper on as It has nothing to do with management, however I have been moderating a lot of HCF networks as well.
Sarefine: Sarefine was a practice network that averaged 400 players daily. I started off as a helper on the network and worked my way up to being an administrator. As an administrator I didn't do that much management work other than help the actual staff managers find good applications on the forums and link them the application, I also had a small say In who was going to be demoted and promoted when the time came. Sarefine then merged with another practice network called Voltix, Voltix also averaged around 400 players on a daily basis. I wasn't very happy with the merge so decided to resign along with a few other staff members, the merged server Is now called Valux and they get around 600 players on daily.
FaithfulMC: Faithful is a network with around 3 HCF and one practice server. Faithful usually gets around 2000 players every release for the HCF servers and average 1000-2000 players on a daily basis. I was the only staff manager on faithful, It didn't last very long, I setup a slack for the team and recruited a few staff members onto the team until the owner decided to deal with what I was doing In a very Immature way.
SparkHCF: SparkHCF was my server that I created with a friend, we started from scratch and we got 300 players on our first release. On spark as an owner my job was mainly to get the youtubers to advertise for a pay, and run the entire staff team. I recruited a lot of new staff members and a lot of applications were denied. I was doing interviews, promoting, firing and everything was going well. About a month later i decided to resign since exams were coming in, the school year was starting to end and I wasn't doing very well, I had no time to contribute to the network no more. Now the other owner has decided to get himself somebody else therefor I am not wanting to be re-positioned onto the network and wanting to start fresh.

I currently do not have any screenshots as proof of being staff, however I have a lot of people who can vouch for me and I have videos on my old channel that Is currently privated I could if need be get the owner of the channel to send a link to the videos with the proof, as for Spark you can simply PM the owner on the forums, more information will be given by me if need be.
Why me you might ask, I have been through It all, I've been doing this non-stop for 3 whole years, I have had so much experience from all types of servers all ranging from moderating, managing, I've done It all, and for a long time. I am a very mature individual and i'm not a biased person. Some staff teams are very corrupt due to a biased and corrupt manager, i'm the complete opposite.
The easiest way to contact me is via skype or via private messages on this forum. Send me a PM and i'll give you my skype and we can discuss further.
