Hello MCM,

Why am I here?​

I am Matthew, however I prefer Matt . I have spent around 3 years of my life managing projects and YouTube stars. At the moment I am working on my own businesses off-line in relation to retail franchise services. I am here because I would like to put my knowledge and skills to use in order to get myself a substantially paid and permanent job with a company. I'm keen to jump on board of your project and help you to achieve the profits and demand you really want to make you as successful as you picture in your head. My focus is to join a company that is in it's first steps so that I can be there every step of the way. I am not interested if you are wanting to hire me for my finances as currently I am broke, due to my upcoming projects.

I go to college at the moment. I am studying 2 A-Levels in ICT, Computing and Business. I plan to take business to university once I complete my A-Levels. My plan is to get a career in operations and logistics for a company such as Amazon or any other retail companies.

Grand-Theft-Minecart
As a part of my 2014 Xmas holiday I joined Grand Theft Minecart. This is a server created by a very knowledgeable developer. It is unique as I am sure when it was originally created it was one of the first GTA Minecraft servers. This server is still hitting large player bases and I believe it can reach new heights.

Lox-Lounge
One of my most interesting projects of all, I was the Head-Admin of Deadlox's official minigames network. I worked alongside Matt and Kyle two very impressive owners and I strongly vouch for their management style. This was a minigames network that provided the opportunity to take part in lucky blocks within a Vanilla network, impressive eh? I left due to the slow development of the project and the depressive player base, I believe that since I and some staff members left the server has since died.

- Introducing sponsors to the server
Youtuber Management
Youtuber's, some can be a nightmare, some are superb. I had the chance to meet both ends of the spectrum. I originally setup a network by the name of FindTube a network connecting server owners to the lead Youtuber's and Twitch Streamer's. I had the ability to meet a portfolio of you-tubers consisting of Vikkstar123, TheAtlanticCraft, SGCBarbarian, AviatorGaming, BigMacNation, BAHMLounge, Bashurverse and many more! I was then introduced to Civilaire, which I cannot say much about, due to the poor reputation it holds and the poor quality of customer satisfaction it radiates.

MontyCraft/MineSlam
These were very successful servers. They were ran by a very reputable and successful businessman. I was asked to be on board of the MontyCraft team in 2015 and it was an honour. When I joined MontyCraft they had a bit of a crisis on their hands losing 10 players weekly. The average player base was 30, when I joined and brought a new team to the plate we managed to hit 110 after 4 weeks.
EssencePvP/PvPZone
This is similar to MontyCraft and it was also ran by a very intelligent server owner which I believe is always working on projects and well aware of the market.

College Projects
I have been a part of 2 college business projects now. One of which I was the Project Manager the other I was the Operations Director.

This was a cookie stall. I was the managing director, we chose to create a cookie store that produced and sold cookies with flavours originating from places around the world. For example the Shortbread cookie from Scotland and the Nutella cookie from Italy. I really enjoyed this and I wished to progress the business.

This is a unique gift business. I am the Operations Director, we have created a total of 3 products to introduce to a market at college. We began with £500 and we are making a reasonable revenue amount. As I am doing operations my responsibilities are quite self-explanatory.
- Choosing distribution panels

- Deciding on how/when to manufacture the product
- Completing a supplier database
My Business
I ran my own business for 2 years. I was involved in the selling of game related material. I had a team of 20 of us within the business. We made a total of $10,000 and since then it has been sold and has been dissolved.

Information (In Real Life)
I am currently employed by a Coffee Shop as a stock controller and general cafe waiter. I have previous experience volunteering for OxfamUK (Charity Shop).

Cost
I would like to think that I am worthy of £6-8 p/hour and with bonuses. However, I am well aware some of my projects do not have funding so I accept whatever if I am passionate by the idea.

Interested in servers now, however I would like to speak with the owner personally and take a look at Tue server before. It would be great if there was already a reasonably large player base.
