Experienced server admin needed

Hi I'm looking for someone professional that can configure my network to be like big ones and work like one.Don't say they use custom plugins and all that because I know all that but they also use essentials and many other public plugins.I have a factions ,opfactions , skyblock ,skywars network.They are setup just need some touchups like configurations regions to be modified etc.
Must be at least 14 years of age
Must have a portfolio
Must be experienced
Must have good quality
There will be a pay depending on what's done.

I have been receiving DDoS attacks from my previous skype so I made a new one, obviously frustrated losing a lot of work and contacts I made that username. No one has commented on it yet and I think it's dumb to comment on someones skype name.
