We are currently looking for someone/s to fill an Admin role/s on our Minecraft Network.
The server is already public and active so all the hard work is done.

Why are we looking for an admin?
We are looking for an Admin/s to join our staff team as we need more help in running things in all areas.
Currently, we just have myself and the developer at a senior level on the staff team. We do not have the time needed to help the server grow, I do think we have real potential to grow with some work put in.
1.16 is coming out in a few days and we will have an influx of players as per usual with major updates.
An extra set of eyes to help fix any bugs/issues as they arise.
looking for Some fresh ideas/opinions.
We have a long list of tasks to get done.
Notes:
This is not currently a paid role but the discussion can be had about payments later on, You will not need to contribute financially to the server.
You will need to 18 years of age or more.
We are currently doing a massive revamp of the whole network. New hub and spawns, Feature updates as we update to 1.16, Advertising starting soon.

What we are looking for in an admin:
- Previous Experience - Does not have to be at an Admin level, but a previous staff role on a Minecraft server.
- Ability to work in a team - You will work alongside myself and the developer at the admin level and have staff at the moderator level reporting to you.
- Able to use basic admin tools - FTP, SSH, Trello, Notepad++, Console, Edit in YAML format, Use of standard plugins & commands.
- Clear Communication - We use discord staff chats to communicate with the team.
- Initiative - Be able to work on a task independently and fix things as soon as they come up.
- Able to manage a project from start to end (Including documentation)
- Active - We don't expect you to be here 24/7, but we do expect you to be active both in-game / on discord and able to respond to messages in a timely manner.
