So, you're saying you currently "work for big servers atm" - if you worked for big servers I would assume that you have a resume and a good amount of vouches/reputation? If not, could you please get one of the Owners from these big networks to give you a vouch because then you seem more reliable and trustworthy when people can clearly see that you've recently worked for someone.

I think you need to add a lot more information to this thread though, people will not waste their time adding your discord just to be let down therefore you need to add as much detail and information in the thread so that people know what they are getting into.

What type of Management do you specialise in?
What type of Development do you specialise in?

How much experience do you have?

Those three questions could've been answered if you had a resume as well, I suggest making a resume.
