experienced server manager

Hey guys,

Lately, I have been working on my SMMA (social media marketing agency) business and I ended up with some great deals and I have a decent income from that business. However, I would like to expand my wealth and start a successful server with someone who actually speaks common sense, so experience as manager or owner of a successful and good-looking server is required for this job. To specify, a server with an average playerbase of 100 as minimum.
FYI my maximum budget for this project is around $5,000. To begin with.
My preference as for age is 18, however the minimum age I am looking for is 16
