Experienced Server Owner / Developer looking for a partner for a new project

Hey everyone, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Wolfie and I've had a lot of experience of owning and working on Minecraft servers, probably since I was about 10 or 11.

And since about 5 years ago, I've learnt to code Java plugins. I've worked on a variety of projects; big and small ones.
I've worked on plugins for my own previous servers, for servers I work on, or for freelance and I enjoy doing that.

I haven't committed to owning a server for a couple of years now, but have been slowly working on a large plugin and a core/base for a very unique type of Factions server, which I am *certain* can be huge if it is done properly.

However, my problem is that I only have 50% of the resources nessesary to launch this server and gain a playerbase. With ease, I can code the server from scratch, host it, hire builders and make an honestly good server (if I don't say so myself), BUT once I have finished creating this server, I do not possess the skills to get the server actually out there and into the world. I really don't have a lot of knowledge on how to advertise and properly network a server. This has happened many times before; I create a cool server, but cannot find the players for it to release it's true potential, because I do not know how to get the server fully 'out there'.

This is why I am looking to partner up with someone who can join me and help this server we will create succeed.

I will bring the technical development and creating of the server, and you will bring the social, management, promotional and actually bring this server to life.
