Experienced server owner (funded)

Hey, so I have a pretty great server idea. It'll have a mix of rpg, dungeon crawling, and pvp. I need someone who is experienced with running and operating a server, and recruiting the right people to get the job done. I would prefer to work with someone whom has existing contacts to reliable and experienced staff and devs already.

NOTE: this is a co-owner position.

I will be providing all monetary needs to create the server, there will be no expenses for whomever decides to pick up this project. We will be splitting profits. I will not be paying you for your work done, as assets will be spent on marketing and getting the server online instead.

First, let me introduce myself, my real name is Khrystyian, but I am better known within the community with the nickname of Samabenladen. I am a professional plugin developer and builder for Minecraft with more than a 5 year experience.

I was the founder and executive director of projects such as HypeMC, EsketitMC Network and others, which were quite successful at the time, reaching over 110+ players in the first weeks of server operation, unfortunately I had to abandon both projects for economic problems to which I was subjected during that time, which did not allow me to continue maintaining the projects economically.

Your thread interested me a lot, and I think that i could be one of the best candidates for that position because of my experience, also i want to create a project that of course will have future.
