Hello my name is Hei and I live in the beautiful country called Canada and I've been playing Minecraft for 3 year's now and I love the game and the people. I also very much like the community of their forums. I've got a lot of experiences in taking care of servers and making it better for people to play in and I try my best to be most active to take care of rule brakers.

I've been staff on various server and I'm here to tell you what server they are and also what I did for them.
My everyday schedule are:
Monday: 4:30PM EST - Around 6:30PM EST
Tuesday: 5:30PM EST - Around 6:30PM EST
Wednesday: I don't really have time to get on and help in-game but I can help within the forums
Thursday: 5:30PM EST - Around 6:30PM EST
Friday: 5:30PM EST - Around 12:00PM EST
Saturday: 10:00AM EST - Around 1:30AM EST (next day)
Sunday: 10:00AM EST - Around 1:00AM EST (next day)
What I can bring to your server?:
I can bring positive act among the server and it's community and I think I can also I could make the community cleaner, less toxic and more enjoyable to play and I will help out as much as I can and will do anything to help out any player to better the players as I said. and I'm very active on the server and will be on to watch the server to decrease the amount of people using hacked clients/ghost clients to not make the game unfair to any one who is not playing the right way or use some kind of cheat. I play on this server and want to be staff because I want to help the network and improving the community and the fairwell of the game.
Positive Act - Having a positive act is what lessens the toxicity in a community. Just not being down, or showing any sign of you being mad will allow the player to respect the staff and server. They will see how appreciated they are to be on the server and will continue their future HCF/Practice/Factions career on the server. I would be always happy and help people on the server even if I'm not a staff.
Honesty - Being an honest staff/player is key to being a successful part of a team. Knowing the truth and being able to admit the truth is a great way to be successful. Many would lie to get out of a situation to avoid getting a demotion when it will found out later on the day. Even as a member of a server, just being able, to tell the truth is great, allows players to put respect on you. Just speak the truth could reduce your ban by fifty percent and we all be happy. It's an essential part of being a part of any team or being friends, and it will help anyone succeed in life.
Screensharing - Screen sharing is a big part of HCF/Practice/Factions Servers. Every staff member is going to have to do it. Sometimes screen sharing could be one of the hardest things but I will try my best to find those dirty cheaters. That's why I plan on figuring out every part of screen sharing. My goal is to be able to find Vape/Drek/Harambe or any other clients in some folder in under 15-30 minutes. From there the time will decrease. I haven't been staff on large servers. Therefore I wasn't able to screen share as much. I assure you that I can find what someone is using if needed because I think I have few method for myself that is very unique and effectable to the cheaters and I would also like to share my screensharing method with the server if needed
Additional information:
I don't need to get paid or anything because I just enjoy helping out servers and making it better and clean for the legit players and non toxic players to play on. I also want to start a staff series on your wonderful series if that's possible and I can blur out your anticheat's alert if you want to so people cant see it. so yeah that's about it and I hope you enjoy reading it
