Experienced staff looking for a long term server

The majority were minor servers 10-30 players, I staffed these to build my experience and knowledge base. A few of the other servers had a larger player base however the majority hovered around that 10-30 player base.

I beg to differ, as experience does not just pertain to player-base. The only argument in terms of experience with a player base is dealing with a-lot of different situations at the same time. Generally speaking yes, you are not fully put to the test with a smaller player base. However, on a large player base you will have other people to help you out as well. Also, this is not a big deal in my opinion because if you follow procedure and handle everything in an ordered and calm manner you should be fine.

You are entitled to your own opinion and I see where you are coming from. However, I believe that you can gain the majority of the experience you need to do the job of staff successfully irregardless of the player-base.

Experience is knowledge you gain over time. Dependent on what you've been working as or how you have worked that has made a beneficial difference, or the exact opposite. Experience (over Mineblock) revolves around player count and your ability to cope in stressful situations.

You tend to be considered inexperiencd if you have not worked with large networks. Considering you've upheld an ownership position on a decent amount of these servers listed, we never know how long each of the projects lasted. Because creating a server (that has no intentions on going anywhere) can take minutes. Get a free host free domain make a video saying MC Server need staff. And basically that can get you 10-30 players. No offence, I've known people who spent hours upon hours and money beyond belief and peaked 30 players - 40 players. But we never really know.

But I mean, in my perspective I don't see you as experienced. (GL however.)

As the former Owner of the now shut down KingConquest Network I can agree that Majere is a experienced and well versed person. He was an Admin but was in consideration for Heaad-Admin but that position was already filled.
We had Custom Plugins and he learnt and contributed to the development and management of these plugins.
