- Who am I? -
My name is Bailey, though I’m better known as Dudd in most cases (either works). I’m a 16 year old high-school student with a significant amount of time on my hands, and a relative enjoyment for the Minecraft staffing field. As far as my staffing experience is concerned, overall I have been playing Minecraft on and off since late 2010, which lead to my initial staffing ventures ~4 years ago. Along with overall moderation/administration, I do have management experience, I’ve worked in that field for the past 2 years.
I’m fluent with most plugins, I have significant experience with identifying & handling hackers & exploiters. I’m capable of multi-tasking, and I’m extremely familiar with the ‘ins and outs’ of portraying myself as a respectable staff member. I’ll touch on my skills again later in this thread. As a staff member I do not tolerate players being discriminatory, hateful, or overly ignorant towards anyone - but of course, I handle such things as necessary.
- What am I seeking? -
As it stands, I’m looking for a position on a Minecraft server/network within a general moderation or administration role. I’d prefer working with servers that are either already released, with a concurrent player-base, or servers that are ready to release within 10 days from now, however I’m willing to work something out if you don’t meet that mark. Of course, within a Moderation or Administration position, I won’t request pay.
If a discussion is brought to me about me taking up a management position, I would however prefer payment. I am not actively seeking a position as a server manager, but I’m willing to discuss with the server in question about said position, and if we come to an agreement, my payment. Please note however - if you are looking to have me take up a management position, your server must have 5-10 concurrent players at any given time, or I won’t be interested
In terms of how many positions I will take up, I’m willing to take up several positions (2-3) when it comes to moderation & administration, however if it’s management I will only take on 1 position.
I will not be leaving either of the current projects I work for, but I will allocate as much time as I can to the project(s) I work for respectively.

As far as my skills are considered, as previously mentioned I am fluent with most plugins, significantly experienced with pinpointing & handling hackers and exploiters, and I have hands-on experience 4 years in the making. Along with that my skills vary from rank to rank. Overall I’m extremely skilled with discord, Xenforo, Minecraft, and buycraft. I can easily handle situations where multi-tasking is necessary, I’m familiar and comfortable with public speaking, and overall keeping players in-check and handled.

Now, for those of you that would like to learn more about me outside of staffing, I’ll give you some information! As stated in the start of the thread, I’m a 16 year old high-school student, on track to graduate by December of this year. I’m a transgender guy, asexual, and relatively queer. I love books such as ‘Harry Potter’, and most others that peak my interest. I avidly browse twitter, as a self proclaimed twitter-addict, and I stream on Twitch. I’m an animal lover, writer, and astrophysics fanatic as well.
When I’m not reading, writing, or being a twitter-addict, I tend to do focus on my studies nowadays. When it comes to my pursuits after high-school, my intentions are to pursue an Astrophysics Major as that has been my interest for years. [Owner] Arctane Network | I was the original Owner & Founder of Arctane Network. The network started off very small however it gained a pretty vast community rather early on in its development. The network consisted of multiple game-modes including a customized faction game-mode we were working on. I was leading development on the faction portion, handling everything from its development, to advertisements. I also generally handled all of the duties an owner would do alongside my co owners. The network was my first ‘Real’ experience as a server owner and I allowed the opportunity to slip through my grasp. It was a real learning experience as it gave me more extensive knowledge of plugin configurations and it also deepened my understanding of website setups & updating.

Reason for leave | Resignation (person matters)
[Helper] Rexiles | As a helper on Rexiles Survival I did basic player / discord moderation as a helper should do. I did as I was asked and worked extensively growing as more of a friend to most of the players. I assisted with basic bug testing as well.

Reason for leave | Demotion - The intent behind the demotion was not disclosed to me.
[Owner] Troll Trio Network | TTN was the first server I owned. In retrospect it was long before its time. I worked tirelessly on plugin configurations, document writing and all around gameplay development. I also worked on general staff recruitment and I handled staff affairs alongside the Co-Owner. It was a more experience and learning adventure. Within TTN as a whole, I was the main driving force for the network. It hadn’t become what it was before I took the driver’s seat and pushed it forward.

Reason for leave | Server Shutdown
[Owner] ArsoPrisons| ArsoPrisons started off as a side project. It was essentially something to do on the side while my co-owner and I worked elsewhere for the experience. However it quickly excelled into a serious project and we found ourselves neck deep in development for the server. It was our drive and passion at that time and we were driven to do it. Arso Prison was where I gained my plugin configuration experience, and where I truly took to managing a team. I learned an extensive bit of knowledge here, and I worked extensively to release it, however sadly it did not work out.

Reason for leave |Server Shutdown (lack of motivation & personal matters)
[Moderator to Co-Owner] DrakeGuilds| DrakeGuilds was a very serious project I came into early on as a Moderator. My essential start on the server was player moderation and question answering. I also helped with basic testing and eventually moved up into more of a Management post. I stayed within Management for a long while becoming the main lore writer and story artist. The server was an MMORPG Story server, so it was a lot of work and required tremendous dedication. This is when I was promoted to Co-Owner and handled everything from writing lore to monitoring, accepting, and recruiting staff. It was a serious project and it was one I worked with for extensive time periods and showed serious motivation.
I also excelled with the ‘lore’ and story aspects of the server. I was the directing individual of most lore and story aspects. I wrote the story, formed the lore, and continued with creative aspects of the server. That’s where I grew my love for Creative Writing.

Reason for leave | Resignation - The main owner and I had a disagreement, which escalated, leading to my resignation.
[Owner] Project Homebound| Project Homebound as a network aims to revitalize and revolutionize Minecraft. I have worked on the network since the very beginning as one of the two original Owners & Co-Founders. When Project Homebound originally started it was an MMORPG within Minecraft, during that time I was the main content director, writer, and creative director for the network. I handled most back-end operations, aside from hands on coding, and oversaw the entirety of the network beside my fellow Owner.
After several months of hard work, creative progress, and overall growth, Project Homebound expanded into a network within the community. Upon the expansion I remained the creative director for our MMORPG, the overall back-end director, and the main individual working with network security. This eventually expanded into my hands-on work with several of the game-modes within the network (prison & survival). I now reside as the Network Owner, Prison creative-lead, and back-end advisor.
Within these positions, I direct the network in its entirety, including staff, community, and business affairs. I continue to direct & develop Prison as time goes on, including the setup, content, creative directions, documenting, and overall oversight. I have a hand in the entirety of the network, and it continues to be an amazing experience.
Status | I have owned Project Homebound for a significant timeframe, and continue to work with the network.
