Hello MCM, today I am here to bring you somewhat of a resume. Just to start, I thank all of you for taking the time out of your day to read this. Also note that I am 100% for constructive criticism and will always respond to player replies and change anything if needed to be changed. Now, let's begin.
Basic Background:
My name is Carson and I am currently 14 years old. I started my minecraft journey about 2 and a half years ago, playing on a factions server called WoodyCraft. I immediately fell in love with it, and played it anytime I could. Up until about a year and a half ago I was non-stop playing factions servers along with kitpvp servers (mostly being soup and pot pvp). This started to slowly go down as I found interest in being a staff member.
Experience:
From the year and a half of being a staff member on countless servers (some which were very small, so I won't include), I have gained a lot of experience.
1. The first serious staff position I held was on a server called ThunderMeow Network. This server had a decent playerbase of 30-40 players on daily, and the peak of highest players online being 100. The server had 2 gamemodes, op factions and op prison, and I gained a lot of experience with hacked clients, screensharing, and dealing with player situations. I gained a lot of trust with the Owner of this server since I was part of their staff team for 7 months. This was ultimately my most experienced staff position and I dedicated a lot of my time and effort into making this server great.
2. The second server that I was a staff member on, was most recently Infinite Network, now I hadn't been part of their staff team for too long but I still gained some experience with how other gamemodes work (being skywars and duels), so you could say I benefited from this server.
3. Lastly, there have been countless number of servers that I was staff on, most of which ended in a couple of weeks due to lack of funds (no players/donations). This helped me with experience of commands as I didn't know all of the commands back a year ago. These small servers impacted me a great deal with my command usage and has benefited me even still today.
Benefits:
I have many benefits that can improve your server. Some of which will be listed below.
Communication:
My communication skills have impacted me a great deal. This has helped me communicate and understand the players and their opinions and side of the story. This has helped especially when dealing with players and issues/needs/etc. I have learned to understand how players will react when given certain questions and how they play and so on.
Maturity:
I am a person who takes things very serious, one of these being part of a staff team. I feel it is necessary to stay focused and get what needs to be done. I won't fool around especially when there are things to be dealt with. My maturity level is pretty high for my age and I feel this can benefit the server by getting more tasks done and improving the server overall so there are less issues, bugs, etc.
Multi-Tasking:
Many staff members may not be able to multi-task, but I am not one of them. This is something that has helped me a great deal in the past. Being able to watch a pvp area, chat, and teamspeak can get issues resolved quicker and have something for the staff member to do all the time. Instead of someone just sitting on the server watching chat, they can be watching possible suspects of cheating as well. They can also be in teamspeak, communicating with players to solve their issue. Now I know at times this may be hard, but I believe there is always something a staff member can do that will benefit the server overall.
Honesty:
This is another thing that benefited me and the server in the past. I know lying to a staff member is easy to do, but the truth is always something I speak. I know that if I just admit I am in the wrong or admit to something that I did, the consequence (if any) will not be as bad as lying. Even if they may not find out right then and there, they will at some point find out. I take pride in honesty and will always follow it, no matter the circumstance.
Dedication:
This is my last benefit that can take place on your server. I am a very dedicated person when it comes to being part of a staff team. I will dedicate my time and effort into improving the server overall within it's community, service, and quality. When I am given something to solve, I will give my utmost attention and action to solve it. I am a type of person who being part of a staff team is a responsibility that I take like a real job. I know you can't get a real job if you aren't dedicated to what you are working for, and this is something I have and will apply on your server.

I have experience with most known gamemodes, but I success in different gamemodes and I struggle in different gamemodes. Here is a list of what gamemodes I have experience in:
