Hello everyone my name is godmeme or Nolan and basically this post is to help any server owner, manger, and / or admins or higher.
Pretty much i am here to make some server owners have a better staff experience and ill be willing to start or stay at any position. I have been staff on many hardcore factions servers such as Hydra HCF, OxPvP, & Lotus Network. Those are some the servers i have been staff on, I would love to just have a jump start to being a higher staff right away but i would be fine starting out as trail-moderator.
A Tiny Bit Of Information About Me:
I am a 15 year old teenager from Canada, I love to help people out which is probably the main reason i am making this post. I have had lots of experience being an staff member on many different minecraft servers. If i am not on minecraft i'm normally playing basketball at the gym or hanging out with friends. I am super active and yeah. Just another thing i normally play minecraft in 1.7.10 so if there are servers that would like me to become staff on there that would be better but ill do the other versions if have to.
Positions I Would Love To Be / Take Over:
If i had to take a staff role and you gave me an option on anything i would love to take the role as "Staff Manger", staff mangers in my opinion are probably the most important and hard position things the staff manger has to do is decline staff applications accept them and also do the interview with the player that gets accepted. Basically the staff mangers job is to make sure the staff team is at the best it can be. I would love to do that because i feel like i can take the responsibility and i would of course put in the time of looking at every single application and telling them what they will receive (Declined or Accepted.) Another position i would very happily want to be is "Admin" of course the admins role is to look over all the players and make sure everything is running smoothly. This position is basically the owners side kick (unless there is a co-owner.) They basically make sure all the big bugs and all the big things are dealt with. I would rather like to take on the role as "Staff Manger" but of course ill take what i can get (that being any rank.) If there is a rank where i would take care of the payments and other things like that i would LOVE to do that i really enjoy doing that type of stuff but if not i completely understand.
