Who am I?
Hello my name is Dante, I am 15 years old and I am from the Netherlands.
I offer myself as an experienced staff member on MCMARKET.

What can I do?

- Recruiting new staff members
- Promoting/demoting staff members
- Making sure the staff members do what they are supossed to do
- Writing professional threads
- Organising staff meetings
- Assisting other/lower ranked staff members
- Giving idea's on how we can improve the server/network and what gamemodes we should add
- Making sure the players have a good time on our network
- Moderating
- Helping with configurating
- Answering players questions
- Catching hackers
- Configurating (not the best but I can do it)

Past Staff Experience:

EndlessPVP (Owner): About one year ago I join EndlessPVP as a Community Manager and worked my way up to Owner. The network still exists today but chanced it's name to Endless Prisons. It is revamping to prisons currently. I have gathered alot of friends there. I still talk with them. I gathered alot of experience during that time. I got trained by CallMeCupCake, he is a good mc friend of mine. It was the best time of my life in Minecraft.

DistrictNetwork (Helper): Like 1 month ago I joined DistrictNetwork as a Helper. I moderated chat and answered people's questions. It changed it's name to BlastNetwork and is revamping to.

DementiaPvP (Manager): I was a Manager on DementiaPvP for like 1 week. I made there rules, Ban Appeal Format and much more.

Revenite Factions (Owner): I owned Revenite Factions with another guy named DashingTuber it got shutted down due to lack of money.

WarCraft (Owner): I owned WarCraft by myself, I got alot of friends there to. Unfortunately The server got also shutdown due to lack of money.

FoxPvP (Mod): This server didn't even released properly so I don't have anything to say about it.

ColossalNetwork (Helper): On this network I was Helper for quite a while, it was getting made for release. Unfortunately I got demoted for inactivity.

ForgottenPvP (Helper): On this network I was Helper, I really enjoyed it moderating the chat, answering the players question and playing with them. The network slowely died, it had alot of players before so I got demoted for inactivity. The server still exists today.

LegadoNetwork (Manager): I joined LegadoNetwork like 3 weeks ago. I was a Manager and I hold a paid position. Unfortunately the network never released so I never got paid.

DreamEntertainment (College Program): On DreamEntertainment I was part of the College Program. They are like Helpers that moderate chat and answer players questions. Last night the one Owner resigned so alot of staff resigned as well.

I have been staff on many other smaller servers but I can't remember them.

For what staff spots can you hire me?
You can hire me as a: Helper, Moderator, Administrator or Manager.
I will never help with funding your server/network

How much will it cost to hire me?
I am not really expensive to hire but atleast $20 a month would be great.
We can alway discuss about the price.

In what ways can you pay me?
I only accept PayPal since I do not have any other way.

Personally, I wouldn't hire you to administrate a server for $20 a month, and the only position that should be a considered a paid position is Manager. At least in my own opinion.

As for your proof and experience, say how long you served at each server - what you did - and links to applications / forums so that people looking to hire you, can have a more accurate application to look at. If there's no hard proof or evidence that you had stayed at these servers, i suggest leaving them out of your application entirely.

Other than that, your application doesn't seem too appealing or informational at all. Everything you have listed that you can do, are generic administrative duties expected by a server admin. People here want the most professional, responsible managers and admins to be paid to work on their server. Your application doesn't seem the slightest bit of professional in my eyes.

Instead of listing all those, all you could of put was "Staff Management" , "Configurations" , and "General Moderation Duties". I suggest redoing your application, so it looks more appealing and professional, so people would be more interested in hiring you. Think of more things you're able to do serverwise, it helps. Also grammar is a key feature in every application.

Also, instead of dodging the de-vouches left by other members and asking them to leave your thread, answer them and try not to dodge their questions. They wouldn't de-vouch without a reason to do so, you know? Either prove them wrong, or ignore them completely.

wolfgirlfan he stays with each server for a short amount of time and is not devoted to work, his applications he copies and he has no evidence of him being staff because he stayed with the servers for minimal time. Your questions have been answered :)
