Introduction:
Hello! My name is Nolan. I have been playing Minecraft for around 5 years. I live in the United States, and love to go skiing, bowling, and playing video games. I am currently 15 years old, and I am looking to become a staff member on some new servers! My In-Game Name is xNolan. I would love to be a paid staff member, but anything works. I would also like to join a server with a solid playerbase

Past Experiences:
I have no headliner staff positions, such as Hive or Mineplex, but I do have lots of experience. Going to include the demotion/resignation reasons if I can remember them
Geo-Pixel - Developer/Leadership/Staff Manager: I started on this Pixelmon server as a Helper in July of 2015, and continued through the ranks up to Developer when the server shut down a few months later. Quick note that Developer was a high rank that mostly dealt with working in the console and in game issues, I never actually developed things. I was the head of recruiting new staff members and interviewing potential candidates.
Oculus Prison - Co-Owner: I was invited on to the server project by my friend, created all the mines and worked with all the plugins to find bugs and other miscellaneous issues. I built all of the mines and set them all up for use. I resigned before it was actually released to the public. No idea what happened to it after that.
BubbsCraft - Admin: I did lots of building and setting up for this server. I started as a Helper and worked up to an Admin. Here I also mainly focused on punishing rule breakers. In the end, I was demoted for inactivity as the server pretty much died and I went back to focusing on other things.
Diamond Nation - Admin: This server is where I got my first experience with screensharing. It was a small factions server that I worked on with a few of my friends. I caught a few hackers and that's just about it. I quit after 4 or 5 months on the server.
Medieval Empire - Mod --- Keystone Origins - Mod --- Rainbow Realms - Mod: All 3 of these were owned by 1 guy, I think. No real idea what happened here it was very short lasting. (I had it in my list of past experiences so I decided to leave it here)
Delirious Network - Helper: Here I got real experience working with people who knew what they were doing. I was put on a 6 week trial for Helper. In my time, I got experience punishing hackers and being a part of handling reports and working on a Recruitment team. This is one of the largest servers I have ever worked on with a playerbase of 25-50. I ended up failing my trial due to inactivity/immaturity.
xRpMx13 Pixelmon - Head Rock Leader of Regions 2 and 3: This was a big job for me. I somehow became a rock leader here when I was 11 years old (lol), and had to frequently put up with spam and harassment. I couldn't really punish players. I was also a beta tester sort of player. On Region 2, I was not able to handle the pressure of being a staff member and ended up being demoted for some unknown reason.
That just about sums all of those up. I had more staff positions but I don't think they really count.
My Daily Availability: (all times EST)
Mondays: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Tuesdays: 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Wednesdays: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Roughly)
Thursdays: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Fridays: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Saturdays: Usually all day
Sundays: 12:00 Noon - 9:00 PM
My Skills/Traits - What can I bring to your server?:
Responsibility - I am a very responsible person when it comes to doing my job and doing it well. I don't cut corners or screw around just because I can.
Ability to Communicate - I have Slack, Skype, Discord, and TeamSpeak. If I have an issue, I will find a way to communicate with my superiors and give as much detail as I possibly can. If I'm having an issue in game, on the forums, or with another staff member, I will not hesitate to come to someone that will help me solve my problems. I speak English fluently, and usually have no trouble understanding what players need to say or are trying to tell me. I can also speak some Spanish, and will be able to assist Spanish players to some extent.
Screensharing - I know how to screenshare. I've had a lot of experience with screensharing outside of my previous staff positions. I know a lot of locations to check, and many different ways to find hacked clients. I have some experience with cheatsmasher and related programs. I can find most ghost clients. Not the best, but I can definitely find most clients (and would be glad to learn even more!)
Additional Information: I would love to enter a staff position where I can receive payment, but I am just looking for something to do right now. I would love to go to any kind of server with some sort of reliable playerbase and in good standing. If you have any questions for me, please PM me right away! Thanks!!!
