Previous Staff Experience: Well to be honest- I was never a Moderator in famous servers/networks; but in small ones i was billion times. It's because i don't try to apply in big Networks/Servers
How much time can you spend moderating: 2-3 hours, per day.
Why should we pick you over other applicants: You should choose me over the other applicants because of my experience in minecraft as well as in real life. In real life due to having gone through college and getting a job I've been tasked with getting projects and work done on a specific deadline. So I believe this work ethic will transfer over to minecraft where I will ensure to get any task assigned to me done in a quick and proficient manor. I'm also well versed in dealing with conflicts between people, if an issue arises I will make sure that it is solved quickly and quietly with both sides happy in the end if possible. Other than that I have a ton of experience will all types of plugins, writing permissions, building.

Previous Staff Experience: After 4/5 years gaming and helping out the community on many extraordinary servers I've had lots of experience of becoming a staff member. This could be from a moderator on the AU server minecorner, which averages over 100+ people per day and still continues to do so. Also I was a Sr-Moderator on a server called OriginalHCF it gained 150+ people then died down a little and now has shut down and is soon to be revamped. I've also owned a server before, and I have been a staff member on lots of other server.
How much time can you spend moderating: Around 2-3 hours per day, I have other things I need to do as well.
Why should we pick you over other applicants: I'm not only experienced but I'm reliable, honest, a hard working person and I get the job done. After all this time of being a staff member I've learned so much and know the correct way how to run a server and keep it continuing. I'm not only experienced but I have the right mind set to get things done.

Requested Staff Position: Anywhere you would like to put me, I've been a helper, moderator, admin, and owner before.
Previous Staff Experience: I've owned my own faction server back in 2014 and had it running for about 6 months. I had around 60 active members at around it's peak. I've been a mod on a small vanilla server late last year. I was a helper on a faction server for a while after I closed down mine, then I was later ranked up to admin.
How Much Time Can I Put In Moderating: Since it is summer, I'll be online for anywhere to 2-5 hours a day.
Why Should We Pick You Over Other Applicants: You should pick me to become a staff member because I have a great experience with being a staff member on other servers, as well as running my own. I'd also be a great person to give you any server running advice for I have ran my own before. I'm very good at spotting players that are using cheats like reach, kill aura, x-ray, etc. Those kind of people make the game not fun so I'd like to make sure your server is free of them. I also am good at advertising servers for I have made mine quite popular for sometime as well. I'm good at helping people and I'm a very good "people person." I've been giving back to the Minecraft community for as long as I can remember and I want to make your server part of that as well.

Hello, there. My name is Phil, or known in-game as Clyv. This application for GuardedMC will answer the format, however modified into a proper applicant formatting. All questions asked will be answered. Notice: I do not disclose my age unless vitally necessary. I am a teenager, however that is all I ever disclose.



The first thing asked in this application was my In-Game name. As previously answered, my in-game name is Clyv, pronounced Cl-hive. My skype is “harryplaymc”.



The next couple of questions is the part that takes the longest. It asks my requested staff position, previous staff experience and How much time can you spend moderating.

I would like to apply for the role of an Administrator, and I have experience handling up to 50 players at one time, however I can handle more. I have owned a couple of popular servers in the past, with an average player base of 20 people. I can spend approximately 3-5 hours a day moderating, however during weekends and the 14th July – 17th August I will be able to spend all day moderating. My timezone is GMT. I have an in-depth knowledge of Factions & FactionsUUID, which may prove important to the development of GuardedMC. You asked, why should you chose me, which is a very good question. I have played minecraft for at least 4 years now, Not knowing a thing about the game 4 years ago, then I started to learn. I know what players like in a server, and if they asked “Why should I play on this server, when there are thousands of Factions Servers, why shouldn’t I go there?”, You can respond with an in-depth detail of unique and custom items that you do not see on other servers, which impresses the player, thus creating a playerbase to advance the server popularity. I know how most plugins operate, and know a lot of plugins not commonly used, however provide very useful to server communities. I also know how to make certain aspects of the server look much better. For instance, /who on most servers displays the players in said group, however I can make it look like:
