Experienced website and server moderator/manager

WHO I AM
I am an extremely experienced Minecraft server and website moderator that is looking for a new server that I can really help mold into something great. I am 17 years old and live on the East Coast of the United States.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
I am looking for a professional staff environment in which everyone is open to constructive criticism, and in which everyone is driven by their love for the game. I am looking for a server in which I would have something similar to a co-owner rank, and would be able to have a say in the future development and direction of the server. I am not looking to invest my own funds in a server, however I am willing to put in as much work as is necessary in order to get the server off the ground.

WHAT MAKES ME QUALIFIED
I was a Moderator on Lichcraft (~ 2,000-3,000 players online at any given time) for about a year. I am great at task managing, as I managed a team of about 20 Chatmods below me in my time as a server moderator. Additionally, I have an odd love for completing forum reports, as well as organizing and setting up forum websites.

I was a Head Administrator for a small server called DeemableCraft. My main tasks primarily dealt with handing staff recruitment, advertising, branding, video editing and production, as well as plugin testing and forum moderation. I wore many hats while working for this server, and have gained significant experience in both building and working with teams.

Like most others, I do have some experience in running my own servers, so I am capable of editing config files of different plugins, as well as capable of figuring out different permissions plugins to make sure that the server is running smoothly. However it is important to note that I do not write my own code.

I am great at working in teams, and even better at leading and managing them. I can comfortably set up and work with different tools that foster good staff communication (Trello, Slack, etc.) so that they are working effectively for all members of the server. I'm looking to get involved with another person, or group of people who are just as passionate and driven to run Minecraft servers as I am.
