"Confirmed" scammers (the meaning of this can change) will have their IP exposed. Easy. Huge stigma behind scamming and will decrease rate at whatever cost. For the community it will be better.
When I was just starting out, I had finally gotten $40 because of a loan Justis gave me and a moneymaking method sold on here. And then BAM, some bitch scams all of it, and he was goddamn clever about it too - scamming isn't all the victim's fault. Back to square 1. Resorted to the pills in my dresser, almost ODed and woke up in the emergency room gasping for air, clutching my scrotum due to the unbearable lack of anesthesia because I had no money to pay the hospital bills. Where are you when I need you most, Obamacare.
So yeah. Fuck scammers.
